I am aiming to become an HR Advisor by the end of the year. I have a 1st class degree in Business with Human Resource Management which is CIPD Level 5 accreditated. Does anyone know of any qualifications or courses I'd need to help me become an HR Advisor?

I have a tech background and 12 years of experiencem I have always done both project and product management. I'm now switching jobs and have received two very good offers. One as senior technical project manager, one as senior product manager. Somehow I'm more attracted by the company that offered me the project management position, but the other company, offering a role in senior product management, pays way more. Serving Notice period with 24 days left and Currently learning AWS cloud practioner from udemy(Stephane) and planning to do certification on that within next two weeks. PLEASE HELP! I’m a first year commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm. I am deciding between two offers. One is to go in-house paying roughly the same as I make now. The second offer is from big law as a commercial real estate associate, paying double.

Doing ninja mcq for REG. there’s a lot of estate and business law questions. Becker doesn’t talk much about estates, & I heard that blaw is only about 10-20%. What was your experience w/ these topics?

Less mcqs and more sims. I like sims better for far than mcqs for some reason. While the opposite for audit since it's more subjective. Plus the 15 minute break is nice. Took 12 minutes to drink use the bathroom and just clear my mind before hitting the home stretch. But do expect from DRS sims. I got 3! But I don't find those hard, just very time consuming since the overwhelming amount of info they throw at you.

I’m really struggling with having motivation to study for the CPA exam. Did you do anything along the way to keep yourself motivated and set a routine?

I paid the the credit evaluation that NASBA offers in GA and I meet the requirements to sit for the exams. I’m not sure if when I apply I should pay for all 4 exams at once since the NTS only last 6 months. Plan on to start studying for FAR mid-January. Also don’t know when to order my books. Any advice?
