I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.

Hey, I have HRA component of monthly ~40k. I live in my parents house in Tier-2 city.
So if I make a claim of 40k as monthly rent to my parents, is there any issue that might be faced in future from the income tax department?
I will be providing parents pan card details and will adding the same in their ITR as other oncome source.

ADs in my company create confusion in trying to insert themselves into the conversation, they don’t understand management consulting and confuse clients, they fake having relationships with key decision makers, often misread the company politics/camps and then try to justify their failures by trying to gaslight us into thinking we were either too expensive for the Client or didn’t do a great job on prior engagements or some BS!

However all of a sudden my manager stopped communicating with me, stopped giving me any work and would send insulting emails.
