How do you handle when one Big 4 firm is trying to move really quickly through the interview process but I am also progressing through the process with an MBB as well that I really want to see through to the end. Hi Team, I joined Mindtree on Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it. My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update. Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Hi All, which company to join Tata Consultancy or EY India? TCS has offered me C3A designation, EY India has given Manager (band 3) in Oracle practice for BY implementation. YOE - 9.5, Supply Chain domain, Skill set - JDA BY, OMP. EY India has offered 30% more than TCS. I have heard EY India has really long working hours and bad WLB. How is it in TCS? Please advise.
