Wanted an honest POV and I’m not trying to get in argument. I’ve heard that some people don’t want to come into the office for safety reasons. For those people who feel that way, how are you spending your non-work time? What is the logic for not going to work but justifying going out to eat, on vacations, to gyms, etc? What makes the office unsafe but the other things ok? Again not trying to point fingers. I’m just trying to understand the rationale.

Has anyone thought of leaving recruiting for a tech role themselves? I was actually approached about this today. Crazy idea? Comp would increase ~25k and it would offer a little more job security, plus a new-ish area of work which could be interesting. Thoughts?
