Any suggestions on securing an interview with Apple in Austin in a senior quality manager role? I interviewed with them late last year for a role but didn't make it to offer phase. I've been in quality for over 20 years spanning several industries. Just looking to cut thru the applicant pool if anyone can help. Apple
Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:

2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

My district uses standards based grading. One pro is that the kids can develop a growth mindset. However, kids and parents still have a hard time understanding what their grades mean.

Parents struggle with it, it’s good to do some educating and open conversation on the front end (I used our Open House day to do this with a written explanation, sample rubric, and a willingness to answer any questions.) This year I may include a hands on example as well to reiterate the usefulness of grading this way
