Double merit budget. So potentially if you were in line for a 3% merit wage increase, you could be getting 6 instead. And more stock. Nothing earth shattering

Due to customer requests from my gourmet bacon side gig, I'm trying my hand at a potential new bacon product today...bacon jerky!

Have never tried making it before but I've got 2 lbs of my bacon ready to go in the smoker. Looking forward to trying it out when it's done in ~6 hours! 😀

I cooked some food for my dog (regular white rice, carrots, green peas, green beans, and ground chicken). Some of the ingredients are organic, but she's been having some terrible flatulence. I'm confused because I cleaned everything and it's all cooked but it's not sitting too well with her, and giving her an upset tummy. Is this an adjustment period?
