A former supervisor made aggressively negative comments about my professionalism in a review. Less than a week later the same supervisor became so intoxicated at a team event that he threw up in front of our whole team in a fast food restaurant where we ended our night...
How unprofessional of you!!
I'll go first (and hopefully not last). Not at Bain, but at my first job out of UG, there was a guy in my start class who went to a top ivy. was kind of intimidated because of that but that quickly faded. see below for quirks
1. our team went out for lunch most days. we would walk somewhere to eat and he would be with us, but then he'd disappear without saying anything. He'd then appear back in the office 1 to 1.5 hours later, we'd ask where he went, and he'd just laugh and not answer.
2. he never washed his hands after going to the bathroom... some coworkers observed this and freaked out cuz he'd often come to their cubes and grab things on their desks
3. he would often sit there with a blank face and then start chuckling to himself. this happened once as we were interviewing a blind candidate and he just started laughing while she was talking about her disability.
4. he called hundreds of people from his alumni directory just to chat. no intention of networking
5. he would ask the most random questions like "why is it called the cloud, and not the inferno"
the dude was also really clueless at his job and was fired in less than a year. was good for the team, but work was definitely less entertaining after that
We had a guy at my last job who didnt wash his hands either. We named him “Ass Chips Guy” after we caught him not washing his hands after taking a mean shit and sticking his hand in a bowl of chips at the office happy-hour 😂
Dude pulled down a male coworker's pants in the office, during business hours, while said coworker was talking to two female peers. The poor guy wasn't wearing underwear. The pants puller was escorted out of the office within that hour
Worth noting that we were all in our 30's and this was at a publicly traded multi-national.
Just saw a Birddogs ad on Facebook and couldnt help but think back to this post...

I had a manager once that would shred plastic pens to pieces with his teeth during meetings. He didn’t eat the plastic, he took the small plastic bits out of his mouth and set them on the table next to his computer. Every meeting would end with a small pile of spit-covered plastic pieces left on the table, he never picked them up. He also often got ink on his lips and teeth. Still liked that guy a lot, he always charged lunch to the project and lied about our flight times so we could drink beers and smoke at the airport.
One of my co-workers was a middle aged woman who was very religious and wasn’t afraid to share it, in a bad way. For example she openly expressed that tattoos were a sign of the devil.
She was also into religious singing, and she once confronted another co-worker in the ladies bathroom and forced this person to listen to her “choir practice” song. In the BATHROOM. While people were in the stalls and you could clearly hear flushing sounds in the background...
Had a manager that would bring snacks to EVERY meeting. She did cross fit and *had* to have “energy” constantly. They were not your usual snacks they were shelled pistachios that had to be opened. Oranges to be peeled. Or something in a loud package...
she’d snack during the meeting. These were not just the casual working session, ALL. with all client levels! it got so bad the partner would keep her out of meetings 😂
I worked with a lady who trimmed her arm hairs at her desk in a shared office space
I had a coworker who picked up my matcha whisk and used it to scratch his beard and continued talking like all was normal, then just left
Worked with a director at a client site who jokingly threatened to slit the clients throat
