I got a ~3k bonus in my promo year too with a 2 rating. Don’t care too much about the bonus considering the raise was pretty good. I’ve heard the bonuses are better once you are an established senior and above
That would be false. Bonuses in PA are garbage always.
For promo to senior discover is the promo bonus. Your 2k is for this past year, as an associate. If it makes you feel any better, my promo to senior year was disappointing and they made up for it the next year. My promo to manager year was even more disappointing but this year I was very pleasantly surprised. Try not to think of each raise and bonus year in a bubble- over a long career, there will be years with better and worse comp
