+ be part of regional CEO's chief of staff team
+ specialize in a field I am passionate about
+ move to London
- 50% net pay cut
- limited predictability on career progression vs consulting
- role is one seniority level below the one I can get (I was told by the hiring manager)

Friends, I’m 25, entering my third year in MBB, and I’m so burnt out (I’ve averaged close to 80 hours / week since joining and hate the culture). I’ve always had a passion for public interest law, have worked at an impact litigation firm, and am convinced that going to law school is the answer. I’m afraid that without a big scholarship, I’ll land in big law to pay off loans and will be in the same situation I’m in now (with 100k+ debt). Any advice? Thank you!

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty in managing and supervising technicians? At my hospital, the technicians present way more problems (e.g., call outs, attitudes, etc.) than the pharmacists and it’s starting to take a toll on me being in management.

The data on any B-School's website says that consulting pays more than tech to MBA grads, however, going by the threads on this app, it seems as if tech pays more. Does the website data not include RSUs? Or does consulting actually pay more?
