Started new corporate job this week after a decade in agencies. Is it normal to be bored? They literally haven’t given me anything to do and I feel lost. Not trained in on anything to be proactive

My YOE is 8.9 and tech stack is Azure Data Engineer. I am holding two offers one is delloitte India not usi another one is fractal analytics.

Delloitte India offer:
23 as fixed ctc is 27. Designation manager

Fractal :
26 as fixed and 2.5 as yearly committed pay (fixed?) so total 28.5 is fixed.

Is Nihilent ltd a good company to work for? I've heard they don't relieve easily they've bond wherein they mention that it'd take 2-6 months to relieve an employee after one resigns.
