I do IF and workout before my first meal. Tough the first week I did it but now it’s second nature

Yep this. Week or two of an adjustment period and now it’s routine

When gyms were open I would be fine working out in 18/6 IF both in the morning (9 hours in) or near end of 18 hours. Now just doing 20/4 IF and no workouts. Have lost about 30 lbs in five months but now leveled off weight loss.

I do IF and workout around 6am daily and don’t eat until noon. I feel great and have no issues. I recommend incorporating BCAAs during/after your workout to avoid muscle catabolism.

Haven’t been able to since covid. Kids at home and closed gyms make it hard.

I do. No working out just walking.

I’ve read that if you workout within a couple of hours of breaking your fast when fat burning is at its max your workout gives fat burning an added boost.

Tech vs CPG Strategy Consulting:

I have two strategy consulting offers; one is from a boutique, TMT consulting firm, and the other from a large CPG company. The work, pay, and projects between the two are equally appealing. So this comes down to really choosing between industries.

I've worked in finance for most of my career and don't know too much about either. For those of you who have worked in both industries, do you have any insights into the pros/cons of each?

People with yards, how often do you take your dog(s) on walks?

We have 2 older dogs (7-8yo) and about to move from our apartment to a townhouse with space for them outside. In the apt, we’d do 3 walks a day - 2 long (1-1.5mi) and 1 bathroom break before bed. I’m wondering what to expect with the shift to yard life. TIA!
