Anyone who enjoys skiing/snowboarding a lot? I realized being in a public cuts the season much earlier for me. I don't get weekends at all from Feb-April. Or if I do get one, probably too tired to do something. Being outdoors bring me so much happiness for me. Thinking about this upcoming season makes me depress. I seriously need to find a place where there's a balance.

What are some good companies to work for in Dallas?

How do you guys actually deal with the stress from our jobs? And please don't give me the "I work out" or I "Go for runs" tropes..that stuff does not help with the day to day stress of our industry. How do you guys deal with it on a daily basis?

What salary range would you describe as middle class. LCOL I considered my family middle class when my dad made 50k in the 90s. Life seemed alright. 25 years later my dad and I both are at around 170, but I still consider us middle class like we were in the 90s, but now it feels like more of a struggle

I vacationed on a luxury ($40M) yacht this past week. The owner is a family friend and owns a Hedge Fund. I realized that in order to generate real wealth you have to own your own business. The small increments I get for promotions will never allow me to create real wealth. Starting my own business seems like it will cost my mental and physical health. The American Dream of making it from the bottom to the top seems “almost” unattainable. Anyone else feel this way?
