Anyone who exited to operations in big pharma willing to share their experience?

Does anyone take day dates with their spouse/partner? By the time I get to bed, even on the weekends, I’m spent. I wonder if it would be more enjoyable to spend that time together during the day. We both work incredibly hard and are successful, but honestly I’m more the YOLO type and he probably would find it ridiculous to take this time off work. Has anyone found some enjoyment/benefit to spending time with your spouse like this?

If I’m eligible for OT at AFS, how often can I expect to make that? I.e. when I work more than 40 hours, will my leadership actually let me/expect me to bill those extra hours?

I have a lot of student debt from law school. I’ve refinanced a couple of times and received the best fixed rate available, but I’ve seen others refinance with a variable rate which of course is lower. I’ve read some other comments of people refinancing at a super low variable rate....isn’t this risky? Of course I am afraid of going variable and then the interest rates going up a lot. Am I missing something?

I hate interviews with homegrown PPMDs that have only had experience in their respective firm for 20+ years. I feel like they don’t value people with years of experience at multiple organizations and pull the whole “loyalty” card questioning job hopping every 3-5 years.
