I am unaware of the 3rd round results as HR is OOO and has some medical Emergency at home. What should I do now ? I am getting nervous day by day.

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

Went through 4 interviews, panel with presentation/case study with mental health startup that has nothing but rave reviews for me. Apparently no TA team until after I was offered something 20K+ less than I make now. Head of new TA team said they’ll work with me to find a position that fits - the process I went through was “grossly mishandled”. Keep telling me that not even managers make what I’m asking for. Asking for 75k min for 30+ caseload. How do I push them on it? is even worth it?

After a long interview process, I had to decline an offer from Amazon. I was really excited, but they wanted to start me as an L4. I already have offers on the table $15,000 more then the possible top compensation an L4 can get.

Makes me sad. Has anyone else been real excited about a possible job and have been low balled?

Do you address the company’s bad Glassdoor reviews in an interview with them? I’m interviewing for a company with great pay.l and benefits. But there are some alarming 1 star Glassdoor reviews amongst some good ones. Should I ask the interviewer about culture or bring it up in any way?

As India is best in terms of Living cost compare to other Countries.
As per research if anyone got 50 LPA Yen in Japan it's still similar to 15-16LPA ₹ in India as they have 1BHK rent is 1L Yen per month.

Is it really that difficult to get hired for a federal job? I was interviewed for a GS12 job but never heard back, they still didn’t hire anyone and I didn’t get a rejection. I applied for another GS07 job, was accepted, I took it, but I believe I can do better. I have a master’s and have extra graduate research experience. Hi, I have a situation where I’m not able to take decision. I was in job search so been attending interviews. 3 weeks ago, I got offer from insurance company, so o accepted offer did shared all my docs for H1 transfer(still in progress with USCIS) start date 05/16. And 2 days ago I got another offer from banking client with almost 25k difference of base pay of first client. And benefits from banking client is much better. And they gave start date at 06/27. How do I say this to my first offer?

My I140 will not be approved before my max out date. Is it in my best interest to apply for H4 EAD or go on a leave until my I140 is approved? Can h4EAD and my I140 application happen in parallel?

I know EY has a 1 year policy to initiate green card processing if you don’t have I-140 with your previous firm, but wanted to check if there is a way to initiate the process before 1 year

How is rejection different from Denial? I am guessing this just means I wasn't picked.

So many H1B petitions got rejected this year. I just got my rejected for ‘non-specialty occupation’ reasons. Shall I ask the firm to appeal the petition? Any other suggestions? Very frustrated
