All of my friends who left end up looking younger and happier months after leaving
Left for Accenture. It's 80% the same. I just got more money for it now. So definitely happy for the move.
I should probably follow you all

Yup. Even better is now I have Deloitte as a vendor. Haha. My former teammates legit work on my projects. But yeah, it is. I honestly do not know what to do with my weekends, so I started more volunteering at our local hospital. I no longer live paycheck to paycheck cos I got 50% more. The best part is I do not have to do all those crap BS like time-sheet. I hated that Advisory weekly thing to confirm you are on a project.
All this entire thread is depressing. Seems like Deloitte truly takes a toll on everyone. One thing remains, if you can join Deloitte, you certainly can join other prestigious places too.

Same accept I left for EY. Got around 60% adjustment but deals with the same crap.
Yes, left for a strategy role at an international company. Better pay, WLB, and impact
