I got below offers from Optum & Herjavec Group.

Herjavec group- 11 L fixed + 1 L VP and exposure to work on IAM tool Sailpoint

Optum - 11.7 L fixed + 1.75 L VP + 50k JB with no exposure to any IAM tool, just basic User access management work

Which one should i join, please help ?

Do optum provide bonus and RRP separately at the end of the year or everthing is RRP here which includes bonus and variable pay.
