Anyone who is working as technical recruiter or talent acquisition or HR .......can you please guide on how to get into that role.....this is for my wife.....she has banking experience but not into it and she wants to switch to it

Just network. Why does she want to start from scratch? People get hired into senior roles for which they have zero experience because they network.

Apply for internship or entry level jobs in HR. Youtube is a knowledge centre, she can get a basic idea of what is HR. In the meantime if she wishes to study HR in detail she can do a distance learning MBA. It is very easy to get into HR. I wish her all the best in her journey

The best way will be to enroll her in the institute for learning the skills with certification and most importantly 100%placement assistance coz we HR do hire the freshers from these institutes directly without much experience or no experience but only a certificate in the hand

You are from TCS you can reach out to the Hr team and talk. If you are from Bangalore just reach out to some growing startup senior leaders and inMail them.
Talk to them personally. Go to office, meet them for lunch, make friends.
She should start preparing for MBA. This will help her gain knowledge of that particular field .
Oh okay then I would suggest to join any HR consultancy or startup as a fresher.
