I'm going to accept an offer that's 150k+🎉 I'm a single filer, no kids. I'll be able to max out: 401k, HSA, but from my understanding, I will not qualify to utilize IRA? Aside from building a 6-month emergency fund (HYSA), what are potential next investment vehicles? I do know I want to start purchasing real estate for cash flow. But what about mega-backdoor Roth IRA? I'll admit, I still need to read more on it.

I have about $80k in cash and don’t know if I should continue building up my cash reserves and put 20% down or push more to retirement. I’m currently at about 20% going to 401K/IRA, then get 6% profit sharing. I save 54% of my gross income on average.

Should I change my tax withholding now?
Our first kid is due in July.
