Thinking about going back to consulting after exit: what options are out there? I left D as an M and would only consider returning as “senior” SM or higher. Looking for some advice on landing a mid-level REMOTE role. How can I get interviews and make myself more hire-able? 10 years prof experience with the same utility company, following an MS in Mechanical Engineering. Just for fun - how did you get in to HR?

I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, but in college (as a psych major) I randomly got a work study job in the HR office and enjoyed it. Graduated in 2009 when finding a job was impossible and wanted to continue in HR but ended up in payroll for a few years. Finally got an HR admin role with payroll duties, and have since worked my way up and dropped the payroll duties along the way (thankfully 😂)

I think i am being major underpaid I'm my present company. My present salary is 17k per month and my job role is both technical and non-technical support to my company as my designation is Executive Administrative Assistant but I do technical support to clients also.

This may be an elementary question, but my credit score just randomly dropped 20 points. I keep my utilization very low. Almost all of my financial transactions are on my credit card, and I pay everything off by each statement. One month I didn’t get a chance to pay everything off because there were some transactions made on my statement date that I was not able to pay off because they were listed as pending. This resulted in my utilization going up to 6%. My credit score did not change (cont).

I can’t live with my spouse anymore and I think the feeling is mutual. We have kids (<10yrs) and I would hate to not be able to see them everyday. I’m afraid of the negative impact on the kids of this separation/divorce. Long term I don’t know what the solution is. Any advice would be appreciated. I feel like the biggest failure in the world.

Just one thought.. Can anyone highlight the market range for .Net and Azure developer for 6 year experience. Do we need to add any other skill to improve the salary range
