@anyone who works out super early, suggestions on things to eat before so you’re able to feel more energized? So far I only drink preworkout and feel I can’t lift as much as when I go after work

I go in on empty..But I’ve heard bananas or PB and honey

What time is super early? I don’t eat anything before working out in the morning

I’m up at 430 - in gym by 6. I can’t lift fasted.

Mix pre WO night before. Wake. Slam energy drink.

Bfast - Protein powder, dry oats, peanut butter and ice - blend. Slam. Out the door (my gym takes me literally 3 min to get to).

I eat cottage cheese or yogurt before my morning workouts because I can’t eat anything super heavy right before

I workout at 6, wake up at 5, make egg whites oatmeal avocado and fruit as a preworkout meal

I usually only have preworkout, but if I'm starving that morning then a banana or slice of toast with almond butter.

I run in the morning before work. If I’m doing more than 5 miles I’ll have an Apple sauce squeeze packet before I leave!

Black coffee. Maybe a banana if I’m running more than 10 miles.
