I’m 27 and feel so behind in terms of salary. 🥲
Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Any company where tech is a profit centre (creates profit) not a cost centre (supports other departments generating profits and should be minimised cost) - on LinkedIn search with your tech stack e.g ‘Java’, ‘GCP’, ‘AWS’, ‘React’ etc
2-3 yr exp paying avg 50-70 - more than a homegrown lvl10/9 on 45-55
3-5 yr exp paying avg 65-90 - more than a homegrown lvl9/8
The numbers are out there - its worth comparing with the salary survey that was done on here a while ago. I have 2.5yr exp and have gone from lvl10 on 48, to 76
