I used to always go to India via Amsterdam or some EU Airport and I loved that simple 8 hour route. Now, people are advising against it saying its better to do the direct AI or United flights...but then again, 15 hour flight time is too much for me to handle. Need thoughts pls!

I keep hiring sales people who are super enthusiastic and overpromising on what they deliver. I put them through a trial month (no base + commission only) and they do not close a single deal, Even though the commission structure is amazing and I’m incentivizing them through the roof. We experienced sales people are asking for a base and commission but I’m scared that I’ll end up having a base and the same thing will end up happening. What am I doing wrong?
