If you had a secret clearance, but take a job where all you need is public trust. Secret will not be active anymore.

If you are looking for jobs that require a secret clearance, can you say "yes, you have one" since the investigation is good for 10 years?

Seems kinda gray since current job doesnt have it, but there is an investigation out there good for 10 years. Anyone know?

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.

Hey all! I have recently moved to a full time position wfh as a trial manager. It has been a struggle wfh so I am reconsidering my options. What positions are out there possible for transition for on site, except CRA?

Additional Posts in Career Pivot

I’ve been working towards a career change in my life by switching to Business Analyst roles and exploring Scrum Master roles. I’m working on Salesforce certs at the moment but want to explore training to help kickstart my career. Because I don’t have prior experience or a background in either, where should one turn to train up in these roles?

I know there are some comps. which offer 5-6 week training and job placements after. Trustworthy?

Can you recommend any bootcamp/trainings?

MBB folks, I’m a Product Manager (non-tech company) and interested in working at MBB.

Which level/role does MBB can offer me ?

I am struggling with trying to determine a career move or not. Currently in credit management and have excelled in it. However, I have already reached my ceiling and the credit management positions I am seeing to move to, seem to lateral moves. Where would a good pivot be for someone with credit management, collections and banking experience be to make more of a career move? Managing a team? Credit Policy? I don’t want to stay where I am only looking forward to the annual increase of a few %…

What's a very good career path that is very rewarding financially for stem non-tech Masters grad?

Hello, if I accept an offer 2 pm Monday and then put in my two weeks notice, does my 2 weeks start 2:15 pm Monday or 8 am Tuesday? TIA

Mid-year review time.

Are you meeting or exceeding your objectives?

I’m not talking about the objectives your manager set FOR YOU.

I’m talking about the goals YOU set for YOU.

- Finding work that fulfills you
- Joining the company that aligns with your values
- Getting paid what you’re worth

No one sets these for you. You do the work.

There’s still 201 days in 2022.

“Hell yes” you’re ready! DM me for a free coaching session.

BAH Folks, how is your sanctions portfolio growing? I'm interested in getting out of my current area into sanctions and AML work, and I know you are the current holders of most of that work.

Anyone know the best data analytics certification course out there? Also looking for something cost effective

I am just between a career pivot and I need some advice. I graduated in Biochemistry near the top of my class with an expectation to go into medicine so I had been working in clinical research. But I decided otherwise and want to go into business now, as an analyst. I have some logistics experience and getting the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification but I need to start a new role ASAP. What is the best way to proceed? (I don't even know how to align my resume for this pivot...)

I'm considering 2 new opportunities:
1) doing same/similar thing but at new exciting vibrant start-up. maybe there is future potential growth?

2) join ex-boss leading a team, more leadership but at established company?

I’m 24, got laid off June 29th, (it’s whatever) but I am wanting to get out of my current field in corporate healthcare operations and move into tech or consulting. Consulting I think just fits my personality but my question is more for tech.

I absolutely suck at learning code, all code, SQL, Python, Java…I tried YouTube and always make errors that I don’t know how to fix or correct. Any recommendations for learning how to code so I can get a job in tech? If so, which code should I prioritize.

Does anyone know anything about international social work roles? Thinking about a move out of the country if I can find a role that I'm comfortable taking.

Has anyone had any experience with tech sales jobs such as Qualcomm, ADP, Salesforce, etc? How’s the WLB, lead generation, commission…?

Some advice needed. I’m pretty young in my career. 1 year at Enterprise Rental Management 1 year at ADP and currently doing commercial real estate. I have my MBA in Strategic Planning (not a top school). Is it worth pursuing a career at google or Microsoft or should I wait a few years due to experience? Or is there any sales or product management job that is worth it?

Hello! After years of searching, finally landed an interview with a tech company! Anyone have any insight into what the total compensation (base, RSU, sign on) should look like for a senior manager role at Apple? I heard they like to low ball so want to ensure I avoid this! I have 9 YOE
