This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. I work as a consultant for a small HR consulting service in Ontario, Canada. Our owner/president wants us to hit a revenue target of $1m this year. The closest we’ve come is $800k in 2019. We also noticed that in 2019 we hit our highest revenue but did the fewest overall client work for that year. In 2020 and 2021 we did more client work but fell short of $800k revenue. Our avg rev per client is $2500, with a lot of single projects @ $500. Does it makes sense to increase our prices?
