The very real & dark prospect of another 250,000 deaths by April 1st (15MM infections w/ 1.62% mortality) would mean a 30% increase in cases, which is realistic with a R0 value exceeding measles. So with the additional cases + 60% vaccinated, will it just die off?

Has anyone here found noticeable changes in their face with diet and exercise? I don’t have a ton of weight to lose but want to depuff and tone my body overall, and I am hoping for some lift and tightness in my face as well. Any stories? What is a reasonable amount of change to expect? (I know you can’t spot reduce)

Considering therapy. I don’t know what’s wrong, but I know I’m not my normal self. Any recommendations, success stories, did it help? Even if I don’t know what’s wrong? I work in manufacturing and have seen an uptick in employees abusing substances. We have a zero tolerance policy & are abiding by it. We have trained all out supervisor on reasonable suspicion & have provided them with tools to help identify. With that I’m trying to find ways to get to our employees who may be struggling BEFORE they decide to come to work impaired. Any ideas on what to do? About 6 months ago I began a paid internship as an electrical engineer. They recently gave me a notice that my internship ends at the end of August. I asked if there's something they could do to hire me on permanently. They tell me to apply to jobs on the website. I was told that internships only go for 1 year.
