16 weeks paid. Global firm. My office is on the east coast. Also, a total 16 weeks of decreased billable requirements (with no decrease in pay) before/after maternity leave on a sliding scale to account for a ramping down or up before or after baby is born.
16 weeks paid (same for paternity leave). Midwest firm with Dallas office.
Yikes. My firm is southeastern (not in TX), but it’s standard to here, and in most larger firms in general from my understanding, to get 16 weeks paid for the primary caregiver. We give 8 weeks paid to the secondary caregiver as well.
My firm has TX offices. 18 weeks, can take more unpaid with approval. Forgot to say 100% pay, paid normally. Not STD.
Same here.

6 weeks paid (dallas)
Chicago big law. 4 months fully paid, 6 months total.

Regional TX firm - Houston, Dallas, Austin - 16 weeks paid, option to request an additional 12 weeks unpaid.
Firm has a TX office. 20 weeks of paternal leave. With a ramp-up schedule upon return.
Additional options if you’re adopting or fostering.
Global firm with major presence in TX. 20 weeks of paid maternity leave. Can take additional unpaid leave.

8 weeks paid, additional 2 weeks available unpaid. San Antonio, TX, 8 attorney law firm.
16 weeks paid for primary caregiver (so take that as you will...)
Govt attorney. I am in MA which has paid family medical leave which pays up to 75% for 12 weeks. However there is also a sick leave bank and people can donate days to me. Ideally I would use donations and take 16 weeks when the time comes.
8 weeks paid, ATX
HTX—12 weeks. 8 weeks paid (STD with firm paying difference to get you to 100%) and 4 weeks unpaid. Can request additional unpaid but has to be approved.
Super interested in this. I’m in TN but most of my firm is in KY- 12 weeks for women, no policy for men. My husbands firm is mostly in TN- 16 weeks for women, 4 for men.
Edited to say- all fully paid, runs concurrent w FMLA.
National firm with offices in Texas—60 days paid leave, BUT paid at a drastically reduced rate. Can take FMLA after that. Short term disability not offered.
