I work at an independent agency with about 100 employees. I don’t think we are large enough for an account services team. This used to be a PR agency that after several years has evolved to become a more integrated agency. In PR you wear multiple hats: Strategy, client mgt, execution etc.

I want advice on the pros/cons of carving out a career path in Client Services. I don’t want to be seen as a glorified PM just bc I no longer do earned media.
