My last increase from jumping to another company was 20% increase.
I got 20% once. But I was super underpaid and then just a little underpaid.
About a 25% increase, internally promoted

I'm in analytics. There are somethings in this field that is hard to do. Learn it and do it. Then, another hard thing pops up, learn that and do that too... rinse and repeat until you become known for doing the hard things. Wait for the phone call. Profit.

Jumped ship for 25%-40%. Range depends on what my bonus would have been at my previous role if I stayed (not much this year for sure).
I had some visibility to the raise/promotion approval process in my last role and I don’t recall ever seeing anything greater than 25%. All of you who got more, was the employer matching an external offer or was there anything else going on?
