Small tip: I’d be more consistent with the formatting. I see some bullets start with capital letters and some don’t, so just make everything the same so it looks cleaner 😊

Everyone above hit it with the nail on the head. Looks good but yes be consistant with formatting. I’m not a fan of chunky sentences but it works the way you have it. I’d be interested to know what’s it’s for. I find that a professional summary or statement at the job is beneficial for me to get a glimpse of who you are. Kinda like the LinkedIn header - functions the same way. For further critique it would depend on the job you are applying to but looks good

Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I have spent hours of my life trying to convince my CEO that he can’t sue current or past employees for the reviews they leave the company on sites like Indeed or Glassdoor. He refuses to admit the employees have legitimate concerns.

How is nepotism and favoritism handled? I’m so miserable at my current role and I can’t stand the environment. I want to quit my job, but I can’t. Is there a way I could apply internally or go under different management. I’m not treated with respect here. :(

I’m not sure what to do…. I was in a meeting with a VP (HR) and other managers when they (VP) asked me to pull something up. I explained that template had not previously been discussed and proceeded to ask me in front of other managers if I “was on crack.” I feel conflicted and uncomfortable with how to address this. I felt humiliated.
