Anyone with a Nuna Mixx have any regrets with the purchase? 4th and final baby, have the nuna pipa, hoping to hear some good/bad/ugly before I buy.

Other contenders are the Cruz and Indie if that helps.

4th is a surprise and my 3rd is almost 4. I had offloaded everything. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am having to rebuy everything. Whoops. The only thing I had left was the crib!

It has been fun to buy new. I’ve literally owned every stroller possible at this point. And the price of the mixx is holding me back. I did check FB marketplace tonight and did see some promising used ones. Thanks for the idea!

What happened to your first 3 strollers?? I have the Nuna Mixx and really enjoyed it for the full first year. Year two we are onto bigger and better things: wagon, ride on toys etc. so I personally would not have invested in the Mixx if it wasn’t my first child but no regrets overall on the product. It does have a large base (folds down not upright) so that would be one con if you are tight on space. I loved the big back wheels and smooth ride for city streets, trains, farmers market grass etc.

We use the Cruz and it’s good and easy to use but it’s bulky and takes up a lot of space. The bucket seat is good for when they are little though.
Honestly at that price point I wish I bought the baby yo-yo zen. It’s so small and they have a newborn pack you can buy.

Have the Mixx and really enjoy it. We’ve gotten a lot of use out of it, mostly city sidewalks and the like. Favorite parts: super easy to fold, forward & backwards facing, seat folds almost entirely flat. Cons: doesn’t stand up when folded so it takes up a lot of space (we leave it in our car), doesn’t come with a cup holder or snack tray (those are stupid expensive add ons).

Kiddo is 2.5 and we’re starting to use it less & less as they want to walk or bike around.

I got the Chicco Fit2 and the Shuttle (you can get one used). Then I transitioned to a regular stroller. My 16 month old still uses the Fit2 car seat and I just leave it in the car. I would get a compact stroller like that yo-yo zen or city tour lux by baby jogger.

Love the mixx! I have taken it on trails (accidentally because we forgot our baby carrier) and while it is not designed to go on woody rocky unpaved trails, it did surprisingly well

I have the mix and nuna - super happy with them!

Love the Mixx it’s a very smooth ride and you can push it effortlessly but if I had known about the yoyozen when I was looking at strollers I may have bought that since it’s smaller. But again, love the mixx.

I also bought the silver cross sold at buybuy baby for traveling which kind of has the same features as the yo-yo and not as expensive.

Does anyone know the maternity leave policy at FCB Chicago??

Hi all! So first, husband and I are both 28. I’ve been pregnant before and had previous child at 23. I was obviously way younger. Didn’t even try to get pregnant back then. Fast forward five years later, want a baby badly. I am 50 pounds more than I was at 23. And my periods are now irregular. I do get them every month which the obgyn thought was a great sign. But I’m still not pregnant. I cant pinpoint ovulation as some months my period is 29-32 days and last month it was 45. Help

One of my friend was asked to resign because she got pregnant . They have a king rule from management side and treat their employees as daily wage labor . Very bad HR and management

2nd Cousin has a Mexican boyfriend of 4 months and is 3 months pregnant - did not have conversations with her mother or her sister, close cousins before going forward. She’s feeling the lash back of a mother who’s looking to influence her decision and get an abortion before she starts this life. There are definitely some red flags with the guy with his income and that he doesn’t speak English, curious what others would do - what would your parents say? Mine would flip!

If I don’t get promoted this year, I prob won’t next year bc I will take a lot of maternity leave. Need some advice here.

We feel this might not be enough from the post we see. Should we make the move? Though please

I just woke up from the most disturbing dream that I was at a large party at a public venue and ended up having sex with my CEO right there in front of everyone. At the same time, my boyfriend from like 20 years ago was there and was mad about it, and his current girlfriend was there and she asked me for a cigarette (I don't smoke). It was the most disturbing thing I've ever woken up from on so many levels.
