Anyone here choosing not to send their kids back to school in the fall out of fear of COVID-19? Not sure if I feel comfortable yet, and I need to let the school know by August 1st if I want my kid to do full virtual classes through December.

Thoughts on NIO. I have calls 6-8 months out returning 100% due to the jump this past two weeks. Should I hold on or take the profit? I think they are going to be big soon (trajectory similar to Tesla) specially given population in China, how controlled Covid is, how ahead they are in EV game. The only 2 downsides are it’s state run manufacturing and Tesla competition with Giga Shanghai.

Traveling to Portugal in September but considering postponing it due to Covid and its restrictions likely due to increased cases. If you have recently traveled to or lives in Portugal… can you share your experience in what pertains to covid restrictions? Are bars/restaurants open, etc.?

Some states are cancelling testing for the year. Do you think COVID could be the end of standaridized testing?

Anyone here who has been or going thru arranged marriage prospects, at what point in the course of talking/ meeting do you bring up exclusivity? How do y’all get rid of this covid fat? Any tips for being consistent with workouts while working from home?

My friends and family think I have a tendency to be a little neurotic... anyone else in this boat? Any advice? I definitely have anxiety and can be a worrier but I’m not weird about cleaning or anything and I don’t let these worries hold me back from actually doing anything (besides covid stuff, and even then I’ve been on the lax side and go to stores and such).

Does anyone else with under 5 year old kids feel totally abandoned by society as mask mandates go away and people go “back to normal?” I’m at this point not as worried about my toddler getting super sick as I am about losing daycare for 5+ days. It feels like I can’t take her places (stores, on planes) now that I have to worry about someone unmasked, unvaxxed near her. After two years of this I feel exhausted and like the rest of the country simply doesn’t care about parents!

How do you deal with friends who get weird on you when you tell them you're not comfortable with certain activities during Covid times? Have you guys tried mending the relationship or just given up?

Anyone talk to a girl(or guy) online and have great chemistry and are so attracted to them by their pictures and think wow they are so out if my league. When you meet, their pictures are clearly outdated(Covid 19) Not that I am a catch(average at best) but I always try to at least put current pictures and full body shots. We still had great chemistry and enjoy her company and plan to meet again but it’s still hard not to be a little disappointed.
