How much do you tip heb grocery delivery drivers? I was tipping 20% of my grocery bill and then someone said that’s a lot considering they do not do the shopping and it is about a 10 min drive. I spend about $100-$150 on groceries. I always meet them downstairs so they are never hauling things up to my apartment. Continuing tipping 20% of total or flat rate each time? And if so, how much? $10? More?

Venturing into Agile

I currently work as an Change and Release manager. I became very interested in Agile and have pursued growing in knowledge. I have the PSM1 as well as the CSM. I also plan on doing the PSPO certification.
I am also in graduate school and a few classes shy of my MBA. I have over 20 years experience. I am curious as to what the salary range is for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, or even Product Owners. Having this information will help me negotiate well in my next role.

I recently watched a video that talked about "voluntary reduction of income", which is where a person intentionally leaves their job and/or takes a lower paying job than what they qualified for in order to decrease chid support payments. I’m a Junior right now and I’m thinking about my career growth. I’m planning at staying at my currently company at least until I become Analyst. I love R/GA and the work I do but I want to make sure I’m getting compensated fairly throughout my career. Anyone have experience helping start an analytics department? We don't have one and I have a background in engineering 8yoe with 4 years of marketing experience as well. I think I could do this but I don't know what I don't know. Data is a passion of mine so I'd love to bring it to my company and carve a new role in the process.

Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Things are not as fast paced or as exciting as agency side, but I have also been dragging out tasks due to procrastination and just feeling lost. How can I do better?
