Received a job offer from both Amazon and Microsoft in US as account manager for their advertising business. Very similar compensation. Amazon ads seem more interesting and exciting and growing aggressively, whereas for Microsoft will be working mainly with Bing ads. However, Microsoft seems to have better work life balance and culture. Any insights on anyone working in these roles?

Hi Fishers, My YOE 12+ , current CTC 36lac , currently working at Nokia as Solution Architect. I got 2 offers 1. Siemens, 42lac fixed + 2 lac variable + 2lac joining bonus as Solution Architect 2. Ciena , 49 lac fixed +6 lac variable + 1.5lac joining bonus as Product Manager Please suggest me which one will be good in respect of work culture , work life balace and job security. PwC India PwC I have received an offer from pwc for associate consultant position data and analytics team can anyone let me know how many days HR takes to finalise my joining date I followed up last week but no response as HR was on leave I receive an automatic reply it’s been almost a month since I have accepted the offer!

It depends very much on the market you’re in as the culture varies widely. It’s a very top-down culture in the ANZ region. There’s a lot of toxic girlboss culture here with two faced behaviour and backstabbing. Staff are more concerned with looking busy than actually being productive. Not sure how this tracks in other regions though
