Hi Guys,
Do EY give joining bonus?
USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

If you ever want to work somewhere that has absolutely no soul, Equifax is the place to be. On the upside, the hours are predictable.
Ooof that bad? I haven't heard amazing things about Equifax tbh but if they're making a good offer it might be worth it?
What was their offer?
I worked at Equifax 9 years ago. I was there for 7 years. It's a great company to work FOR just not a good company to work AT. I didn't enjoy working for my Director. He was a very talkative guy who I believed was racist. He was the cause of the company being sued at one point and he kept his job.
A colleague was promoted to my Manager and that changed a lot too. I left 9 years ago ave never looked back. Salaries there can be good. Make sure you negotiate, because once you're at 1 salary that will determine your salary moving forward as they will base your merit increases and promotions on that salary.
Its true what is said. Ppl don't leave companies, they leave bosses.
Can you please ping me here? I want to discuss about my offer of equifax.
I currently do work at Equifax. I personally love it. I have been with the company almost 8 years. I do believe it depends on what team you work on and what the management is, but I think that is the case at most companies.
