How’s the Workday practice over at KPMG (WL balance, staffing, pay/pto, etc.)? Specifically within Adaptive. I wanted to get better insight before I go further into any interview process.

I have been getting emails and LinkedIn messages from amazon and Google recuriters almost monthly about SDE jobs in Cloud. How can I get them to stop and ask for another role like Solutions Architect or TPM? I was a cloud infra engineer before at an old firm but it wasn't a coding heavy role, and I am not a CS major Whenever I reply back that while I am very interested in the company I don't believe I have the right skills for an engineering/coding heavy role, I get ghosted by them

Hello guys, YoE -3 Offer in hand KPMG - 11 lPA for PMO Role Berkadia - 14.5 LPA for Scrum Master Role Invesco - 16 LPA for Scrum Master Role Which one to choose?

Starting salary at the associate level for JPMorgan Chase in the NYC/NJ area? Currently have ~5 YOE in the risk sector. Entering the next stages of the interview process but would be moving from a LCOL area to a HCOL area so not totally sure and don’t want to lowball myself.

My boyfriend has been hinting at moving in together. I don’t mind, it’s been a year and a half plus his lease is ending soon. I own my apartment, it was my grandmother’s until she passed recently and it’s already paid off. What would I charge him to live here? Charge him half of co-op fees and maintenance? Be nice and respectful, I am genuinely asking / I’m like still in mourning.

Was anyone interviewed for aws data architect -Data warehouse and MPP role? Can someone provide more context, what do they expect a candidate to have? Recently got rejection after good interview.

Talking to a guy and he seems nice and fun, but he’s never traveled internationally and that really bugs me. We live in nyc so it’s not hard to travel to Europe at least. It’s one thing if your family never took you on trips but at our age (26) I feel like there’s no real excuse anymore. Am I overreacting?

I’m a LCSW, have been working in mental health for 10 years, and have a job that enables HRSA to pay off my student loans. I really want to go back to medical school to be a psychiatrist. I’d like to pay my student loans off before taking on more debt but worry I will be way too old to go back since I already feel way too old at 38 to do it. Has anyone over the age of 35 gone back to med school? What were your challenges? Was it worth it?

Bad news friends - I work at a top tech firm and just got word that executive comps are now tied to diversity metrics. Surprise surprise, Asians were grouped as a whole and not considered diversity.
