Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Maybe a dumb question but when y’all say Total Comp/TC do you annualized the comp? Or do you include all the equity granted that will best over four years? For example:

1) TC = base + annual bonus + total value rsus/4 or
2) TC = base + bonus + total value of rsus
