My dilemma:

I'm at a LMM investment bank. Can get crazy sometimes, but otherwise chill. Typically done around 7-9 pm, had maybe three 1 am nights. Haven't worked a weekend in over a month. Fridays almost always done at 5 pm.

Have an offer at a reputable MM bank but probably pretty sweaty. Worth the move?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

Overall, I have 7+ years of work experience in sales and marketing. IELTS 6.5 now I wish to migrate into Canada with the PR. I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
