What are the best ways to collect demographic details from your employees?

Our business is two years old and about 60 full time employees strong. We've never gathered demographic details from our team members such as ethnicity, cultural identify, sexual orientation, etc. and recently ran into an instance where the percentages of diversity among staff was requested. We obviously do not intend on guessing so I'd love your best options of how you gathered this info. where you are! thanks.

Been searching for a job since March. Have had plenty of interviews and offers. Nothing has been worth it. But I am really unhappy at my job. It’s a drag and I don’t enjoy a moment of it. Hiii! Just had my final interview and only got to ask one question because it was times up. Was hoping to use that time to show my excitement for the role and company. We used up the time discussing my role and him connecting it to role im applying for. At the end I only got to ask about company culture and quick goodbye. I applied for a job based on the job description and now have an interview with the Recruiter in the next couple of days. In preparation for the interview I did some research and have serious concerns about the company. E.g., most of the most recent Glassdoor reviews describe the company as a "sinking ship" with poor benefits and poor leadership.

How would you approach this situation? Would you mention the bad reviews to the recruiter? Cancel? Continue and see what happens?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?
