I got an offer of 20 lpa from Nagarro.

Later i received one more from another company with 24 lpa as fixed and 50k joining bonus.

I recently discussed with my Nagarro hr to increase my salary because I like to join Nagarro.

They came up with 22 lpa..but I told them that I need 24lpa.

Will I get 24lpa from Nagarro or am I risking it ?

I have got job offers from Persistent Systems, IBM, Capgemini, Wipro & Harman International.
I need a suggestion on whether I should pursue my career in a PRODUCT BASED COMPANY(like Harman) or a SERVICE BASED COMPANY(the rest 4)?

The packages are pretty close.
Harman=(5LPA+50k)
Persistent Systems =(4.71LPA)

They showed me analytics saying only .35% of users open the main menu (most access different pages through Google search and then leave the site) so it's not worth the time to redesign. I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k.
