I recently interviewed for a health research analyst position Ina consulting firm. I found some of the questions objectionable. What threw me off was the interviewer asked me and I will quote them " with your current generation, work life balance is a huge deal. What do you think are the benefits of working?" They also told me they do "overtime".
Is it just me who thinks this was another way of saying we want you to work more than required?

Currently a Tax Manager and so burnt out. Any advice on finding a new job or opportunities I should look into? At this point work life balance is what I’m looking for, I might even want to leave tax. What would I even be qualified for?
