Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

I work remotely in technology at SWA. As an employee I can fly unlimited standby, as well as, my parents and a spouse or companion if not married. If you have children, they can also fly standby until age 26 (I believe this is still the age...I don’t have children so not 100% positive). Employee can also fly with dogs that fit under the seat for free on standby.
We also have a quarterly program where you can elect to get 4 one-way buddy passes or 12,500 rapid reward points.
Most Airlines also have agreements where you can fly standby on different airlines and just pay taxes and fees. You can use this benefit after 6 months of employment.
Since I work remotely but our office is in Dallas, I fly out for major meetings or big events… maybe once a quarter or so. We are just starting in-person things again so not exactly sure what long term will look like. I also used to work in the office so I make an extra effort to go to most in-person things to see people.
If you work remotely for any airline, I’d say it’s best to live within 30 mins of the airport, otherwise using your perks will be much more difficult. I am over an hour from SWA airports right now and it’s so annoying to get there that I haven’t been flying anywhere unless necessary, but when I lived 20 mins from DAL I could hop on a plane to brunch in a New Orleans or have dinner in San Diego.
I work in a different department in Southwest and will say it’s more of hybrid situation for us. We have to be in the office 1-2 days a week. However, more tech roles are more along the lines of above and fully remote with the exception of big meetings. If you get an interview I would make sure to ask the recruiter as each department is different.
