Anyone have success stories for using AA miles on a nonstop flight? It’s infuriatingly hard to use them. Thinking of just buying flights and using miles to upgrade.

What is better hertz or Avis loyalty program? I have been on hertz (president circle status due to united status) and collected points a few free rental days now. But hertz always seems so much more expensive to me for personal trips and I end up buying Avis. Should I just shift to Avis? United has also ended its partnership with Hertz now, hence wondering.

Has anyone done any marketing for products sold within hotels? One of our food products (frozen dessert) will be available in a hotel chain shop. Want to promote it on menus in rooms , hotel elevators, hotel keycards, etc. Totally happy doing pay for play. Love to hear what's effective and possible. Thanks

I am debating doing a solo trip (no idea to where) but I’ve never done one before. I’m scared it’ll be super lonely and I’m not sure how dining alone would be. I am also worried about safety (I’m a woman in my early 30s). Most of my friends are married with kids and I’m single so hard to plan a trip with friends, this the solo trip idea. Any tips / thoughts? Budget isn’t really an issue.

Those of you who have went from having no car to having a car in the city...do you have any regrets? Take this scenario: at work you email an account team about a customer. A particular account manager doesn’t like your response and goes to your equal male counterpart to question you...as far as if you are technically savvy to handle the issue or know what you’re talking about.
