Hi everyone! I am about 8 months into my job as a BDR. my first job! It pays well and i love my coworkers. Its also fully remote which is nice bc i love flexibility. The problem i’m having is i dont really enjoy the job. I hate objection handling, and I get so stressed that i wont hit my goals. I also dont really like my AM i work with. I want to do a career path switch and I dont want to be an AM/SE. What are roles I could easily switch to?I thought about recruiting too but eh. please help!

So I’m a Digital Marketing specialist atm with 2 YOE and im looking forward to switch into the world of AWS. Currently working and studying to crack the AWS cloud practitioner cert followed by AWS Solutions Architect after I develop confidence cracking AWS CP cert.
I need help so as to understand how should I make a proper switch where I can utilise my 2 years of Digital Marketing experience while applying for a job in the cloud field.

Everyone has heard the excuse “I’m underperforming because my territory sucks”. What if you can prove that you are objectively being screwed by the territory you inherited? There’s only so much “find a way” you can manage in barren land and it’s quite tiresome to see your peers succeed off of less than half the effort. I was offered a job today at a local furniture company but they want me to start tomorrow? Is that a bad sign or a good sign?
