I have joined Accenture 2019 July as SSE. Currently in 2022 , YOE:7 Last 3 years not yet promoted to TL ( Level 9) . Year 2019 Dec: Very Minimal Hike as I was a new joiners Year 2020 : around 15% hike on Fixed Sal Year 2021 : around 13% hike on Fixed sal Year 2022 : June - Mid Year hike 5% Requested for TL Promotion. is there any chance of getting TL in December End 2022. Don’t know anyone here, but as a creative I factor in work output when considering places. I used their app and it’s interface is pretty bad along with very questionable copy lines that are the epitome of cringe. I cancelled my subscription pretty quickly. It made me question their whole leadership’s taste and decision making and honestly ruined the whole experience they sell. Which is unfortunate because I really thought it was a cool concept. I hope that’s not the case with internal culture and that they’re pivoting their product. Good luck with the interview!!
Any subscription biz is shady. They will always deprioritize user experience and best practices in favor of tricking people into converting and ideally for longer than they realize, making it hard to quit, etc. You have to be okay realizing this upfront.
