Hello everyone,
I am Data engineer with relevant experience in Big Data and AWS cloud of 8 years and got an offer from axtria.
I read some bad things about the work life balance there, is it true? I am thinking whether to resign or not.
If yes when should I tell them that I am not interested.Axtria
Don’t talk to me until 1pm please

PWC has been poaching great talent lately. Salesforce underpays but it's Salesforce brand and benefits
S4: that’s correct, S1: grow up; you’re behaving like a kid
I worked for PwC salesforce around 7 years and recently moved to Salesforce. If you want better. Work life balance Salesforce is better. If you want more money and aggressive work environment, PwC is good for you.
Hey workday 1 , your wife got offer from pwc?
OP, would you mind sharing your YOE, which practice in Salesforce, and tier city? A recruiter from PWC also reached out to me, just wondering what the numbers are and how the interview process was
OP , what questions Senior manager and partner asked you? Whose opinion matters more … will it be of partner?
Congrats. Money & work life balance is what you’ve to check :)
My wife received offers from Deloitte and waiting for a decision from PWC.

Hi OP what was your final silverline offer . Can u guide how was your interview process and timeline for SA position at Silverline?
I have been part of the firm and practice for past 7 yrs. We are definitely having the highest growth in all these years and growing very fast. Definitely good time to join from that perspective. However, work life balance is big trade off for the growth and exposure.
It’s just not about timing & duration. There is a different level stress you would go through due to being part top ‘consulting’ firm. Because our projects are high risk, high profile otherwise they won’t pay such a huge ticket price for low value work.
So, yes it’s longer hours and more stress. Travel is dependent on the project & client situation.
I think I’m in a really similar boat as you—I just haven’t started my search yet. 6 YOE, bunch of certs, wide breadth of experience with sales cloud, service, experience, CPQ, FSL, and expert in platform/automation, and I need to get into a leadership/management role. A little overwhelmed with not knowing what my top choice company would be.
What role & TC?
Slalom Consulting 1 - does it mean partner at pwc takes final decision on compensation?
What role would be important
Manager. I actually got SC from Deloitte but I’m tired of the title. I know it’s technically “manager” level over there but not everyone understands that
