All salaries below are for MCOL and are rough estimates. If you were offered a position, you might be +/- 10% from some of these depending on your experience. Also, the bonus targets are not explicit targets anymore, so it’s not as guaranteed that you’ll get them as in the past. However you do not need to be a superstar to get the full thing.

Senior Auditor - $90k plus 15% target bonus - 4 years experience needed. This is not like a Senior in Public Accounting. You are strictly in a staff role performing testing and leading meetings if you’re capable.

Lead Audit Manager - $115k plus 20% - 5 years experience needed. similar to a Senior Associate in Public. You will lead some audits but on others you will be a staff member that performs testing, leads meetings, etc.

Senior Lead Audit Manager - $130k plus 30% - 7 years experience. similar to a Manager and Senior Mgr in Public. You lead audits but also do more business monitoring, risk assessments, planning, etc.

Yoooo. We need bodies. Who wants a referral?

Pay is good, hours are generally 40 hours per week but there are definitely times when 45-50 are needed. it can be dysfunctional with constant change, but I enjoy it.

And salary with YOE please $ lol

And yes those figures include Charlotte. The only areas that we hire auditors that would be higher than that are San Fran, Philly, and NY. But many new openings leave those locations off because of the Higher cost.

Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

How's your work life balance with current organization? and what has been your experience with previous employers comparatively(if any).

Just transferred from IT Audit to Strategy and Transactions. Been a goal of mine for a while so I’m happy to see it play out. Not posting just to say I did it, but because I’ve been following this bowl for a while and see people get negative about being pigeon holed. There were tons of transferable skills that I was able to highlight that got a role that’s completely different, so I just don’t want anyone feeling discouraged if they’re hitting walls.
