Anyone work in data analytics? Do I need a degree or certification and does it pay well?

Hello Partners, I’m currently a SC at D and started my career here - but went to a third tier MBA school. I have received top ratings throughout my career thus far and it’s my ambition to make it to partner one day. Will the lack of a prestigious MBA deter me ? Or will someone who went to a top 10 college have a leg up? Would like to hear your thoughts, thanks in advance!

I am thinking about transferring to a much smaller private online program, specifically because they offer a concentration in organizational health, which directly builds on my doctoral research. Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?

I am working in Deloitte PMO Analyst with cumulative work ex 2.5 years. I want to move to Program Management in FAANG. But for all the posts I see work ex is more than 3 years with an MBA. So, Should I go for an MBA first or should I apply for the same roles. I am mainly aiming Amazon.

I am currently with a Partner firm and have been offered a 1-year contract with a client that I am very excited about. The start date is a few weeks before the 2021R1 certification exams are released. If I end up coming back to the Partner side as a Consultant after more than a year, would my new Company be required to pay for my re-certifications? Thanks in advance for any insight.

when I was working in my previous organization(a product based company), in 2018 they got good profit and decided to give a hike. Now the senior exe and other bosses decided to call employees to meeting room and give this good news. So they called everyone except QA. A dev(my friend) asked the boss why QA is not called, the boss said hike is not for them.
