Mid-level CW right here. What are great questions to ask when you're deciding between two offers?

Both are medium-sized agencies in NYC but under holding companies. I like the people more in company B (traditional creative agency) vs company A (CRM, data-driven creative agency), but company A has braver and more award-winning work. I've checked both Glassdoor/Fishbowl reviews but they're outdated or unavailable because company A is relatively new. Would love your tips. THANKS FAM!
