Eat really good quality and well balanced meals 3 times a day. (Grass fed steak, bison, pasture raised eggs, etc) Have a protein shake and a fruit for mid morning and mid afternoon snack. I’ve increased my calories from 1,200 to 1,800 and I’ve lost 13 pounds in a month.

I can help. My wife and I lost 40 lbs each and we help other to do the same methods we use. We are not just interested in just helping you lose weight, our goal is to help you achieve optimal health. I’ll send you DM with more info.

DM me too please.

You should look at the new intuitive eating approach. Not sure that it’ll help you lose weight, but it will help with the other goals you mentioned.

like

A2, the very idea behind intuitive eating is to build that awareness by learning to recognize hunger/fullness and other cues from one’s body and brain. It’s meant to be a process over time, not an immediate “I know exactly what to eat now.”

Llama Muelstein 2B Mindset has been helpful for me. Dropped 11 of the COVID pounds. Happy to add you to my team! We support each other and share recipes we and our family like.

Try just eliminating processed foods and eat real stuff. Fruits and veggies for the most part, but whole grains, pasture raised/grass-fed meats. Your body will thank you when it starts getting real nutrients. You can eat almost anything you want when avoiding hyper processed junk because the calorie density is so much lower that you start to get full before you over eat

I like Kelly leveque. Her focus is on blood sugar balancing, which does lend itself to being lower carb unless you’re super active.

Feel free to shoot me a DM and happy to help you out!

Try StrongerU. It’s macro based and they have registered dieticians on staff who give you a plan and help to guide you and keep you accountable. I have been through every fad diet with no success, but I LOVE StrongerU and what it’s done for me physically and mentally. It’s all about nourishing your body, eating for your goals, and encouraging a sustainable approach to eating. Nothing is off limits - you just eat the right mix of fats, protein and carbs for your body and goal.

Look up Culina! I have been meeting with one of their RDs for the last few months and she has been great

+1 on Culina! They’re great. My RD monitors all the data I share with her in Apple heath ( I have a smart scale, Oura ring sleep tracker, and Apple Watch to track activity) and makes food tracking super easy as I just take pictures of whatever I eat and she does the rest. She’s also super nice

As overall viewership falls in a post-Trump era and waning COVID numbers, big media has to be a little nervous about audience retention.

This is a fact that fans of Trump either chose to ignore or just don’t give a damn. I find it embarrassing that people are enthusiastic about a man that proclaims that he beat it ( with a heavy dose of privilege and tax payers money) and mind numbingly claims that ‘don’t be afraid of covid’ ? This is the reality people that our president don’t like to tweet about

I have a pyramid event tomorrow but I feel sick and I have a severe cold. Tickets have been purchased already, I am 100% certain it’s not covid because I took a test already. However, I don’t want to get anyone sick with cold. How do I handle this situation? Is it possible to let them know I can’t attend because of my cold even if the tickets have been purchased? I feel bad.

I was swarmed with work in June and until 10 days ago, now everything's gone silent again. I'm guessing it's directly related to the COVID uncertainty (e.g. 2nd waves and all). We are a family of 4- husband, myself and 2 boys. We flew to Miami and came back. Other than being in flight and at the airport where we double masked, we were all by ourselves avoiding crowded places. Once back, my son got a cold, cough and slight fever too. We went to urgent care and they took a covid test, awaiting results. Now I’m super anxious and scared and feel stupid for exposing my kids. Anyone else in the same position ?
