Why some Managers and Leads are obsessed over faster delivery? I have found this behaviour specifically within India Based firms or clients. I mean quality work takes time. Better designing takes time. Ni bas jaldi krdo! I mean its not food that will rotten if 2 ka 3 din hogya! Seriously start the work in chaos and then later say “We understand everything is complicated in this project but it is how it is and we have to work hard to tackle this!” I mean it was you who made it complicated!

So. I’m working with total dream clients and projects at the moment. I’m talking too-good-to-be-true, set for life with my future resume type of projects. Problem is, the person that is hiring me for them is a micromanager workaholic, and expects me to work 24/7 on constant tight deadlines.
